Shipping is a USPS rate calculated at checkout based on your order. Orders over $35 ship free within the continental US.

Yes. Once your order ships you'll get a tracking number by email so you can follow it to your door.

Not at this time. We currently ship only within the continental United States, via USPS.

PLA, PETG, ABS, and ASA are our core materials, with others available on request. We match the material to how the part will actually be used, and it's always confirmed before production.

We stock five colors — Black, Gray, Orange, Tan, and Olive Green — and can source custom colors on request. Availability can vary by product, so check the product page for exact options.

Durability depends on the design, material, and intended use. We don't overstate it — each product is tested for realistic fit, strength, and daily handling before it goes in the catalog.

We do our best to represent colors accurately, but slight variation between screens and the finished part is normal. Our colors are consistent batch to batch, so reorders will match your previous purchase.

Yes. If you need something we don't currently offer, describe it on our Services page and we'll reply with a free quote — usually within 1–2 business days.

Yes — on-site 3D scanning. We travel to you and scan existing parts or equipment in place, which is ideal for reverse-engineering discontinued parts or capturing geometry for a custom fit.

Absolutely. Once a design is proven and repeatable, we can quote small-batch runs for shops, teams, businesses, and organizations.

Many products offer both standard sizes (S/M/L) and custom dimensions in inches. Choose the size type on the product page to see your options, or request a fully custom size through Services.

Measure the space or part you're solving for. For custom work, photos, sketches, dimensions, and a note on how the piece will be used all help us get the fit right.

We inspect every item before it ships, but if something arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we'll send a replacement at no extra cost.

Because each item is made to order for your selected size and color, we don't accept returns for change of mind. If an item is defective or damaged in shipping, we'll replace it free of charge.
