Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

You give us this information directly:

• Quote requests: your name, email, description, quantity, material, category, deadline, fit notes, whether you want design help, and the files you attach.
• Contact messages: your name, email, subject, and message.
• Invoices: the amount and the email address we use to send the deposit invoice and, later, the balance. We do not collect card numbers on this website.

The site also records a small amount of technical information:

• Page counts: the page path, whether the visit looks like desktop or mobile, a short id for that browser tab, and the referring site when one is sent. That record does not include your IP address.
• Hosting: the service that delivers the site may process ordinary connection data to do so.
• Unfinished quotes: a quote you have started may stay in your browser until you submit it or close the tab.

2. How we use it

We use this information to:

• Prepare and send a quote
• Store files privately for the quote and, if you approve it, for production
• Send an invoice for the deposit, and later for the balance
• Reply to contact messages
• Run, secure, and fix the website
• Keep ordinary business, tax, and accounting records

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for third-party advertising. We do not use quote files or messages to train artificial intelligence models.

3. Who receives it

We share information only as needed to quote and produce the work, protect the business, or comply with the law:

• Supabase stores quote requests, contact messages, and uploaded files.
• Resend sends email about those requests and messages.
• Vercel hosts the website.
• Professional advisors, such as an accountant, when we need them for business records.
• Authorities or other parties when the law, a legal process, or the security of the site requires it.
• A buyer of the business, if the business is sold.

4. Browser storage

A quote you have started may be kept in your browser until you submit it or close the tab. You can clear that storage in your browser settings. The site does not set advertising cookies.

Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. There is no common rule for how sites should respond, and this site does not respond to that signal.

5. How long we keep it

We keep quote requests, uploaded files, contact messages, and invoice records for as long as we need them to quote the job, produce it, and keep ordinary business records. You may ask us to delete what you sent. We may still need to keep records the law requires.

6. Your requests

Email us to ask for a copy of the information you sent, a correction, or deletion. We may need to confirm that the request is yours. We will not treat you differently for asking.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Quote and contact records are kept in a database with access limits, and uploaded files are stored privately. No method of sending information over the internet is perfect.

8. Children

This site is not meant for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page is the date of the current version.
