1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately display and describe our products, including colors, sizes, and materials. However, slight variations may occur due to manufacturing processes and screen display differences. Product photos may not perfectly represent the finished item.

All products are made from PLA (Polylactic Acid) material and are intended for indoor use. Products are designed for organizational purposes and are not load-bearing structural components.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping, which is calculated separately per order via USPS.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

4. Orders & Production

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, we begin preparing your order. Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days, depending on order volume.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping

We ship to the contiguous United States only (48 states) via USPS. Shipping is calculated separately per order. Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days after your order ships.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

6. Returns & Replacements

Because each item is configured to your selected size and color, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference. Please review your selections carefully before placing your order.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@impactprototyping.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

7. Custom Orders

Custom order requests are subject to separate quoting and approval. Pricing, production time, and specifications will be agreed upon before production begins. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product designs, images, text, logos, and branding — is the property of Impact Prototyping and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

9. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Impact Prototyping shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Our products are functional consumer accessories and custom printed parts. They are not certified safety equipment, protective equipment, structural supports, medical devices, or substitutes for professionally engineered components.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Missouri.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
