Q.01How long does delivery take?
Most orders are prepared within 1-3 business days. Shipping takes 2-5 additional days via USPS. Total: 3-8 business days.
Q.02What materials do you print with?
Material depends on the product and use case. PLA is common for indoor parts, but product listings and quotes will state the material before production.
Q.03Can I get a custom size?
Yes. Send dimensions, photos, sketches, or constraints through the custom order form and we'll review whether it is a fit.
Q.04Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We ship only within the continental United States, via USPS.
Q.05What colors are available?
Five colors: Black, Gray, Orange, Tan, and Olive Green. Availability varies by product.
Q.06What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us and we'll make it right. Every item is inspected before shipping, and we stand behind our products.
