Sunlight and heat need a material chosen for that. We do not claim an original-equipment match or a safety rating.
How we approach it
We fit the clip, pod, or adapter to the mating part and the environment you describe, then quote before production.

For sunlight we look at ASA or a similar outdoor plastic. TPU when the part must flex. We confirm the material on the quote.

Will it survive sunlight?
Only if the material is chosen for it. Tell us the part lives outside or in a window. We do not claim every plastic will.
Can it replace a safety part?
Say if it is safety-critical. We will tell you if that is outside the work we take.
What if the clip has to flex?
Say so. We look at TPU or another flexible plastic and confirm it on the quote.
