Fit and limits
A prototype shows fit and form. It is not a certified test article, and we do not guarantee a numeric tolerance.
How we approach it
We produce a part you can hold and check. The same file can be made again after you settle the design.

Questions about this work
Is a prototype the final material?
Only if you want it to be. An early form check often uses PLA. We confirm the material for anything that has to function.
Can the same file be ordered again?
Yes. Repeat orders use the approved file. Each order is quoted, including lead time.
Do you guarantee a tolerance?
No. Tell us which surfaces must fit another part. We quote with that in mind and do not publish a numeric tolerance.
