We Turn Ideas Into Real Hardware

Design, on-site 3D scanning, CAD modeling, and printing under one roof. Bring a sketch, a measurement, or the broken part itself — we'll take it the rest of the way.

What We Do

Five services, one workflow

Most jobs use more than one. A scan becomes a model, the model becomes a prototype, and the proven prototype becomes a production run — all under one roof.

Functional parts, built to spec

3D Printing

Durable production parts printed in-house — matched to how the part is actually used, not just how it looks.

  • PLA, PETG, ABS, and ASA — plus custom materials on request
  • Five stock colors, or bring your own filament
  • One-off parts through repeatable small-batch runs

We travel to your part

On-Site 3D Scanning

We bring the scanner to you and capture existing parts or equipment in place — no shipping, no downtime, no teardown.

  • Wireless and battery powered — no mains power needed
  • Dark and metallic surfaces scan without spray or masking
  • Roughly 5 mm components up to 4 m equipment

From sketch or scan to a real model

CAD Modeling

We turn a rough idea, a set of measurements, or raw scan data into a clean, manufacturable model built to be produced.

  • Reverse-engineer discontinued or unavailable parts
  • Designed for printability — not just geometry that looks right
  • Revisions until the fit is correct

Prove it before you commit

Rapid Prototyping

Fast physical iterations so you can hold the part, check the fit, and find the problems before spending on a production run.

  • Quick turnarounds between revisions
  • Fit and function checks against real hardware
  • Straight into small-batch production once it's proven

Your product, produced at volume

Batch Manufacturing

Once a design is proven, we produce it in repeatable batches for shops, brands, and businesses — consistent quality, packed and ready to ship.

  • Repeatable production runs with consistent quality
  • Contract manufacturing for businesses, shops, and brands
  • Packed and fulfilled to you or your customers

Also available: multi-part assembly and custom electronics enclosures.

New Service

On-Site 3D Scanning

Have a part with no drawing? We travel to you and scan it in place — ideal for reverse-engineering discontinued parts, capturing geometry for a custom fit, or documenting equipment that can't leave your floor.

We scope the deliverable with you based on what you actually need — from a reference mesh to a cleaned, print-ready model — and can take it straight into production on our own printers.

What That Means For You

  • We come to you

Battery-powered and wireless — no shipping your part off, and no mains power needed at your site.

  • No prep, no spray

Dark and metallic surfaces scan without a coating, so your equipment doesn't get sprayed or masked.

  • Small parts to whole machines

Captures everything from a roughly 5 mm component up to around 4 m of equipment.

  • Scan straight into parts

Because we print in-house, a scan can become a fitted replacement part without handing off to anyone else.

Travel and turnaround are quoted per job based on your location and the size of the scan.

What We Can Build

If it solves a practical problem and can be produced reliably, there's a good chance we can help. Here are some ideas to get you started:

  • Replacement parts for discontinued or unavailable items
  • Reverse-engineered components from a physical sample
  • Replacement knobs, brackets, spacers, and adapters
  • Prototype parts for fit checks or product ideas
  • Trays, holders, mounts, guides, and fixtures
  • Small-batch runs after a design is proven
